I appoint Better Insurance (M&C Risk Partners Limited) as my broker for the general insurance I ask it to arrange or manage for the person and parties shown in this letter. This appointment replaces any earlier broker appointment only for that insurance. It does not affect a policy I keep directly with an insurer or through another broker unless I specifically ask Better Insurance to take it over.
I authorise my insurers and underwriting agencies to recognise Better Insurance as my broker, give it the information it asks for about that insurance and the relevant claims history, and deal with it on my behalf for the policies, renewals and claims it is appointed to manage.
Please do not cancel any of my current policies before their expiry date unless you have written instructions from me or from Better Insurance.
Insurers may pay Better Insurance commission when it arranges cover. Better Insurance may also charge a fee, which will be disclosed in writing before it is incurred. Better Insurance identifies, discloses and manages conflicts of interest, and must give priority to my interests when giving regulated financial advice.

I confirm I am authorised to give this instruction. I have read the letter above and I agree to it, and I know I can withdraw it at any time by telling Better Insurance in writing. I will answer my insurer’s questions honestly and with reasonable care, and I will tell Better Insurance if anything changes my risk. I agree to Better Insurance collecting, using, and sharing my information as set out in its privacy policy, so it can act for me.
